We're hoping to find our next home in San Francisco as we get ready to welcome our first child.
Our story so far
Five wonderful years in Russian Hill.
We've loved the neighborhood, the walkability, and the sense of community. But as our family grows, we're looking for a little more space — a place we can settle into for the next several years.

Big news
We're expecting our first baby in September.
Ideally we'd love to move in June or July 2026, before our baby arrives — giving us time to settle in and prepare.
What we're looking for
A 2 or 3 bedroom we can call home for years.
Ideally in or near the Marina, Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, the Presidio, Presidio Heights, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, North Beach, or the Embarcadero.

They're reliable, respectful, communicative, and treat the home with care. We made this page to introduce ourselves properly — and give you confidence in who we are before we ever step through the door.
We've rented our entire adult lives across several cities and have never had a late rent payment. Ever. Our current landlord of five years would gladly vouch for us.
A little about us
Stable, responsible, looking for home.
We both have master's degrees, eight years of professional experience, excellent credit, and no criminal history. Maria works at Amazon, Tomas works at Snapchat.

More importantly, we're looking for a place that truly feels like home. Not somewhere we'll move from in a year — somewhere we can build the next chapter and stay 2–3+ years.
